U.S. Army Program Management Intelligence System & Analytics
- As a Project management leader, we were responsible for the successful design, delivery and implementation of private cloud infrastructure supporting the U.S. Army strategic information processing centers in the Pacific, African and European theaters.
- Our ability to deliver the Intelligence Processing Center (IPCv1) established a sophisticated digital network of unified computing systems and virtual machines, backed by primary and redundant high-density storage devices.
- This premier technology solution provided a dynamic analytical tool for Intelligence professionals to maintain strategic situational awareness for Military Commanders and Senior Government officials responsible for answering U.S. priority intelligence requirements relating to regional threats to US national security interests.
System Engineering and Test provider for U.S. Army Tactical Network Program
- Our Project Management team effectively lead the design, development, test, integration and delivery of the U.S Army Warfighter Information Network-Tactical (WIN-T) Increment 2, that provided satellite and terrestrial communications for the US Army.
- Our developmental and operational test activities at various army test facilities and at the Network Integration Evaluation event-Fort Bliss, Texas helped support Department of Defense (DoD) Executive Leadership milestone decisions for this Acquistion Category (ACAT) I program.
- Our rigorous test efforts enabled the U.S. Army to identify and release a secure, mobile voice and data communications network for soldiers on the battlefield where none previously existed. The new WIN-T Increment 2 network made the mobile mission command a reality for all levels of U.S. Army operations and provided redundant capability for sustained communications in adverse environmental conditions.
U.S. Army’s Program Manager-Mission Command
- Our Project Management Support team played a pivotal role in the development of the proposed Mounted Mission Command (MMC-S) software, which is designed to replace the outdated Joint Battle Command-Platform (JBC-P) applications. We provided critical program planning, developmental testing, data analysis, and data authentication to ensure the MMC-S could deliver seamless information sharing and graphics across Android-based communication devices. This capability is essential for creating a common operating environment for soldiers.
- Through rigorous testing of the MMC-S on Mounted Computing Environment (MCE) hardware, we successfully validated its integration and interoperability with supporting networks and radios. Our efforts confirmed that the MMC-S would provide soldiers with enhanced situational awareness and mission command capabilities.
- The well-planned and executed test schedule generated substantial evidence, enabling Senior decision-makers to confidently approve the full fielding of the MMC-S across the Army.
